Stephen Kirk
Stephen Kirk is a naturally gifted entrepreneur, mentor and coach.Having founded, built and sold a number of sizeable communications businesses (including joint ventures with Robert Murdoch’s News International), he now spends his professional time assisting companies at board level.
Stephen brings to his coaching and mentoring work a rich resource of experience from running start up companies as well as his own ongoing personal development and learning. His style is an eclectic balance of fun and playfulness whilst also being direct incisive and focused on the forward moving and agreed goals of his clients. He passionately believes in working with the individual as a whole and works to achieve lasting wellbeing and life balance in his client coaching work.
Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) – Computer Science from Manchester University. He is an experienced master NLP practitioner and has certification in coaching skills. He was a Non-Executive Director of Shine Group (TV Production) until its sale to News Corporation. He is now of Chairman of Mobile Commerce Ltd (Mobile Search).
In 2006, Stephen Kirk was named runner-up at the Non-Executive Director Awards (NED) in the category of 'Privately-owned or Private Equity-backed unquoted companies' for his work at Mobile Commerce Ltd.
